Admission Procedure
- Fill online Registration form
- The school will notify you on availability of vacancy in the grade for admission
- Bring your ward to the school with necessary documents
- Initial screening by the admission committee.
- Submit Admission Form and make necessary payments to confirm your admission.
Age Criteria
- KG 1: The child must be between 4 & 5 years by 31st March
- KG 2: The child must be between 5 & 6 years by 31st March
- Grade 1: The child must be between 6 & 8 years by 31st March

Documents to be submitted with Admission Form
When submitting the Admission Form at PACE International School Sharjah, please ensure to include all necessary documents, such as academic transcripts, passport copies, passport-sized photographs, and relevant certificates. Providing complete and accurate documentation ensures a smooth and efficient admission process for your child’s educational journey with us.

- 2. Birth Certificate copy
- 3. Vaccination card copy
- 4. Original Emirates ID card and copy
- 5. 4 Photographs
- 6. Bonafide Certificate
- 7. Attested Original Transfer Certificate and attested Report card
(Grade II onwards) till 31st May and from 01st June -
KG1 onwards attested TC and attested marklist is required.
Transfer Certificates and Report card attestation
When applying with Transfer Certificates and Report Card attestation details at PACE International School Sharjah, kindly include the original documents along with their photocopies for verification. Ensuring the proper submission of these essential documents facilitates a hassle-free transition and enrollment process for your child.

- Transfer Certificates from India
a) Ministry of Education (AEO, DEO, CBSE Regional Officer etc.) b) Indian Consulate, Dubai c) Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sharjah/Dubai
- Transfer Certificates from G.C.C. Countries other than U.A.E.
a) Ministry of Education from Concerned Nation b) Ministry of Foreign Affairs from Concerned Nation c) U.A.E. Embassy/ Consulate from Concerned Nation
- Transfer Certificates from U.A.E.
a) Sharjah- No need of Attestation b) All other Emirates- Ministry of Education from the Concerned Emirates c) If coming from a different curriculum than Indian or Asian- attested Leaving Certificate is required.
